Amazon FBA – Choosing Your Niche
What to look for:
*Note: AMZ Scout and Jungle Scout are great tools to help with your research.
1.) Research products that are selling and keep a spreadsheet of ones that interest you
2.) Research reviews (you want to see the top 5 products with reviews LESS than 1000 but MORE than 100)
3.) Research Est. Monthly Sales (est. sales of 300+/mo = 10+/day is ideal)
4.) Research BSR (Best Sellers Rank – LESS than 1000 BSR for the top product is ideal, and at least 2-3 products in the top 5 with a BSR of LESS than 5000)
5.) Product cost (You want to sell a product for MORE than $10 to make it worth it. Anything less is considered an “add-on” item. Between $15-49 is ideal because it is considered an “impulse purchase”…which is what you want.)
6.) Product Size & Weight (Something small and light. 18 inches or more is a $2 oversize fee.)
1.) Research products that sell

2.) Research reviews using AMZ Scout
